Yes, the present form of government is the most easily abused. Centralizing the govenrment only makes more corruption.

I agree, it's the people that is the problem of the country, they keep blaming the government but they are not doing anything to help their nation either. So I say No!

I'd say yes because the present form of government actually invites corrution, we can always say its the people but don't you think those people has the liberty to corrupt because of too much democracy? Yes because chaging the form of government to a stricter one would deter corruption. So again Yes!!! ;D

YES for me! Change in our government is needed not alot of new presidents. ;D Btw, martial law is also ok for me, like what happened in Thailand. That's only my 1 peso opinion.
