Everyone has its own roles and responsibilities in a forum. If you seen anyone going against the forum rules, you can report them here so that the moderators can take proper actions.
Your report should include the violator's name, a link of the thread where he/she commited the violation, and how/why he/she had done that certain violation.
If there will not be enough proof for your report, it will not be considered by the mods and admins.
